Terms, Returns & Refunds

About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed through mangangraphics.co.nz, including custom-printed garments, group store orders, and quote-based orders. They sit alongside — and don't limit — your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Custom & personalised orders

Most items we print are made to order — a specific garment, colour, size run, and artwork combination chosen by you or your organisation. Because these can't be resold, we're not able to offer a change-of-mind refund or exchange once production has started.

This does not affect your right to a remedy if:

• The item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not fit for its ordinary purpose
• What we printed or supplied doesn't match what you approved (wrong garment, wrong size against your order, or a print error on our part)

In those cases, contact us and we'll put it right — typically a reprint or replacement, or a refund where a remedy isn't practical.

Your artwork & approvals

You're responsible for the accuracy of the artwork, sizing, colours, and text (including names and numbers) you submit or approve through our designer tool or quote form. We print to what's approved, so please check placement, spelling, and sizes carefully before checkout or before confirming a quote.

Turnaround times

Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates from when artwork and payment are confirmed, not guaranteed delivery dates. Busy periods, supplier stock, or unclear artwork can affect timing — we'll let you know if your order is going to run later than expected.

Payment

Orders are paid by card via Stripe at checkout, unless you've arranged an invoice/bank transfer order with us directly. Prices shown are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Group store managers set their own retail prices for items sold through their store.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Collection in person from our Masterton workshop is always free. We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched, but we'll help chase up a lost or delayed parcel.

Group stores

Group stores (for clubs, schools, and businesses) are set up and priced by the store manager, not by Mangan Graphics directly. Store managers are responsible for their store's own pricing, close dates, and communication with their members. Mangan Graphics handles printing, fulfilment, and payment processing for orders placed through these stores.
